Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Conversions Pilot platform (the "Service") operated by Conversions Pilot ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Conversions Pilot is a B2B SaaS platform that receives webhook events from CRM systems and call tracking tools, normalizes and hashes personally identifiable information (PII), and delivers offline conversion and enhanced conversion signals to advertising platforms including Meta and Google Ads on behalf of the customer.
The Service is intended for businesses, marketing agencies, and professional advertisers. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and will use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
Access to the Service is granted via API keys. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at demetris@digitela.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your API keys.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You must not:

We act solely as a data processor on your instructions. You are the data controller and bear full responsibility for the lawfulness of the data submitted.
By submitting data to the Service, you authorize us to process that data for the sole purpose of delivering conversion signals to the advertising platforms you have configured. All PII is hashed using SHA-256 immediately upon receipt and is never stored in raw form. Our data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The Service is currently offered with a free tier covering the first 1,000 conversion events. Usage beyond the free tier is subject to pricing as published on our website or as agreed in writing. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay for usage beyond the free tier may result in suspension of the Service.
We aim to provide a reliable and highly available Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for any losses arising from downtime, delivery failures, or delays in transmitting conversion data to advertising platforms. We implement retry logic for failed deliveries, but cannot guarantee that all platforms will accept every event.
All software, infrastructure, documentation, and materials comprising the Service are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell, or sublicense the Service or any part of it.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information of the other party disclosed in connection with the Service, and not to disclose such information to third parties without prior written consent.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Either party may terminate use of the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.
